Hi all, I am working at Natwest Group RBS and I have recently applied for Product Manager Role(gurgaon) in Gartner. How much CTC I should ask and what is the general hike and bonus they give on yearly basis and can someone provide some insights on work life balance and leave policy?

Hello, I have an offer from Publicis Sapient for their product management internship program. Wondering if anyone has any insight into the program (exits, etc) and how the return offer looks like in terms of salary. I still also hold an interest in data science so might go with another offer but I’m not sure if it is a wise choice to let go of a PM offer while I have it.

We're looking for a Senior AD who wants to produce lots of TV with crazy talented writers, a great REMOTE work-life balance and very few layers. You'll have access to C level daily. Most briefs are one, sometimes two teams and you'll produce what gets bought. Sound good?
If so please send your CV to Jsimotics@digobrands.com.
Happy Wednesday y’all

Copy, absolutely. Sincerely, an AD.
Copy.
Closer to the concept. Focused more on the messaging, less on the execution. Art directors are spread thin, because they not only have to concept, they also have to manage design and production.
Copy. Keeping up with style and software as you get older gets really tough for ADs
Also you will not have the patience to be the final presentation hand on mockups at midnight as you get older lol
As an CD/AD, I say copy. Either way, your strongest asset as you climb the ladder isn’t copy or art skill. It’s the ability to clearly express the client’s needs and your vision of the creative direction to your team. As a CD, ECD, etc you have to go beyond catering to either copy or art and direct both. Your background in both sounds like it should be helpful. For a portfolio, though, pick which one you’re stronger in and can offer fresh perspectives.
Copy. Art is manual labor.
And writing will translate to getting stronger on client communications and managing others. Eventually the only program you want to be using as a manager is email ( for most seniors I’ve seen not all )
Yet it seems like ~80% of CD's I've worked for came from the art side. Maybe more
Same. My CDs hardly ever have a copy background.
If you want to always make money, focus on design. Everyone thinks they can write.
