Who has experience designing with a 4K monitor? Do you like it? I’m looking to buy a new 32” monitor and not sure whether to go for 4K. I do ux/web design so not detailed photo editing, and I have concern about designing in an environment that is so different from what most users experience.

1099 or w-2 ? I have been given the option though the company prefers w-2. It’s a day rate booking couple of months or more (no end date). I already have 1099 from similar company this year and am leaning towards 1099, but I don’t want to be difficult. I do take home office deduction and they are not supplying any equipment. Joining a big firm next week as fully remote lateral and flying out to home office for orientation. The schedule has me in office until 4:15. I’ve already been told I won’t have any actual work.
