Hello, I am going crazy. I am supposed to close on a house on Tuesday. The buyer did not perform an inspection and the lender did not order an appraisal. The lawyer says that everything is good on her hand but I am not sure if she is the deciding factor here. Can a home close without a physical appraisal ? I was told on the phone when dialing my complex’s after hours number (which is managed by a 3rd party company) that my complex’s policy would let me in for a cost of $100 (as it was after hours). After I was let in, property manager informed me the charge was $200. Is there anything I can do here? This is in Minnesota. Help appreciated!!

Sellers had work done initially in 2014 on the wall only(with garuntee) & their company has visited and assured there is no damp… what is next best course of action, get another damp specialist to examine independently of other reports?
