I am very confused on how the interviews will be in Microsoft. If anyone could help me about the interview process (regardless of the tech stack), it will be much appreciated.

As of now, the HR said I will be having a screening round followed by 4 other rounds. Please help me prepare for my dream job

I received an offer for a big gaming company! I was interviewing for an admin position where the pay was flexible. Well the recruiter said they wanted to create a position for me doing the same thing but more data entry. However, the pay was a little bit lower & there’s was NO FLEXIBILITY!! Taking this would mean I would take a 5k Paycut. I know it’s not a lot, But the drive is further. Benefits are great w/bonuses. I’m not sure if I should accept? I know I can get a higher pay elsewhere.

Part 2 my most recent boss was trained to manage my team by us. She took that and landed another supervisor role over another team that she has no experience in. My boss is supportive taking time to meet with me give me feedback and offer to reach out in my behalf. I've started leadership learning. (I do have leadership experience).
