I’ve tried it. You really have to focus on your core when you do the moves or you will not feel it. For me, it wasn’t sustainable to do more than a few times.
Why it wasn’t sustainable?
i really enjoyed it. but as a dude, i felt like they target the muscles that women like lol.
i do it alongside my weightlifting and yoga.
Lol you mean abs and glutes?
Not enough resistance for me, I hit my strength ceiling in Pilates. I do it for movement/mobility but weight training is where I’m growing the bulk of my strength.
