"Make up some fraud" yeah, ok.
I know that bastard, used to work in SEC reporting at his previous company where he was CFO. I'm definitely not surprised.
You do realize all airlines can remove you from planes from being overbooked. You sign a policy when purchasing a ticket and they offered up to $1,000 in travel credit to get off that flight. Not saying how it happened was right but technically they are allowed to make you get off and if you aren't compliant, can force you.
Oh look more people overreacting with an Internet witch hunt that'll blow over within 48 hrs. People get booted from overbooked flights all the time, the only error here was they let the people sit first.
Well that seems dramatic
Regardless of the "legal grounds" United has for allowing an overbooking (which is fuckin retarded anyway) - I don't see how United or airport security could win over 12 juries who only see that an "older Asian man got forced out of his seat by airport security til he was bleeding because he was asked to GTFO a plane that he already paid for". I smell a rich old Asian man 💵💵
I would think that "forbidding airport security to use force against a customer who doesn't want to be taken off board" should be SOP too
Damn autocorrect, losing should be location
Good old richeous fury
You realize that overbooking is SOP because an average percentage of people on flights don't make it, right? It helps keep costs lower and ensures their flights are full, which helps them maximize flight efficiency.
