We have two open media planner positions in Durham, NC that we’re actively interviewing for. Our client needs are heavily digital and social. That said, we don’t separate media, analytics, programmatic and adOps responsibilities, our media team is responsible for it all from ideation through optimization. We have high expectations for ourselves, but also have a great support system in place that emphasizes development at all levels. If you’re excited by this type of a role, shoot me a note. Remote no travel is gonna be tough, few months of experience and expecting greater than 100k as well.
A lot of insurance plans, systems, and health startups hire strategy analysts/internal consultants/advisors/managers if you’re interested; most are def remote and def no travel. Unfortunately, you’d need 2-3 YOE minimum at these places to get 100K+ (but possible with 1-2 only if you consider an annual bonus of ~10-12% depending on the place)
Isn’t literally everyone hiring? 100k is entry level or lower (at least in US).
I left consulting for a tech company with no connections and got an 80% raise to work remotely. It was a grind, and I got a lot of rejections. But I found tailoring my resume for each job, although tedious, got me way more interviews.
Also, don’t be afraid to get LinkedIn Premium and message recruiters on there. That was the winning strategy for me. We spoke briefly, she even offered suggestions on resume changes before passing it along to the hiring manager.
Aren’t we all lol
