"Why do you want to join this company?" - What is the answer that is expected from us in an interview?
I gave all the good pointers I researched about the company but she said how my current org also gives similar benefits and atmosphere. Plus it's a BIG 4 company too, so why are u still looking for a switch?
This qs is giving me the nightmares honestly. I cannot exactly confess it's for higher compensation, right? Then what am I supposed to say? Any help will be greatly appreciated!

I need help in making a decision.

I have 2 offers. One is from The Boeing Company and the other one from Deloitte. I got 100% hike from Boeing and the role is better, so I accepted it.

I told Deloitte the truth that I have accepted another offer, but they are asking me to reconsider. Deloitte told me they will match the offer. I also felt that they are in position to offer something significantly higher.

I would appreciate suggestions on how to tackle this situation.
