Should I send them the full offer letter if asked by them and if I share the offer letter of accenture then can accenture take back my offer? To be honest, I always prefer giving honest answer that it's compensation as well but will the companies really accept this honesty? Wouldn't they think that this person can anytime switch to other company if he got a better offer? Or that he or she won't be so loyal to the company so why bother to hire? I might be overthinking but I cannot help it because this question makes me feel so guilty about switching for higher compensation. Yes it's a valid reason coz we all have bills to pay but this question gives me the jitters😞
Yeah but, like I said in my other comment, you need to mentioned bullshit like opportunities, respect for the company AND compensation. Not just compensation.
