Hello All, I have offer in hand of 27.5 LPA+15% variable from ZS Associates as a BT Solutions delivery consultant and now my current company is ready to retain me by matching the offer & assuring that they will send me onsite to UK in couple of months. I don't know you but I want to tell you that the Hiring Process is changed now due to Ats (Application Tracking System) and also due to Involvement of some Hiring Managers right from Round One after Corona Virus Pandemic and because of this there is a Significant Reduction in Recruiter's Calls.
And don't be harsh on yourself it is not about freshers this Changed Hiring Process has even made it challenging for the Experienced people also
And I think force them to think that it is not about the work experience but in this Changed Hiring Process other factors are playing a important role
Try to improve your Naukri and LinkedIn as Visibility has turned out to be one of the important factors in this Changed Hiring Process.

And in 2026 till now the job market has started showing revival signs because of the Rise in Walk-In Interviews one of the effective strategies but I think this strategy need to be combined with another effective strategy of Frequent Recruiter's Calls continuously to be on lower side to balance Ats
Try to keep patience as much as possible as although the job market started showing revival signs and I hope it continue to be but I think it takes some time for the job market to gain momentum so there might be days,weeks where no Recruiter's Calls might come your way and I hope not months.
And for your Peace of Mind don't treat some Rejection mails wordings or phrases as Rejection as they are not such as Higher Candidacy Pool, Requirements/Status Change,Position on Hold,We have decided not to fill this position at this time,Status Change so we have decided to withdraw your application, Position Closed or Filled , Achievements/Qualifications are impressive but we have decided to move forward with other candidates, Where Recruiter gives two responses like Assessment Round 1 not passed and Position on Hold and Rejection mails coming on Sunday's.
I don't know you but check your Ats Resume Score
Also try to check your Ats Resume Score and make minor Truthful Edits to your Resume and change your Resume file name as per different job descriptions as per Workday Ats Scanner and by doing this I am not saying that your application will not get rejected but this is atleast you can do from your side.
