Anyone experience emotional burnout on this job? I’m physically fine - not particularly overworked, getting enough sleep etc. But I get overwhelmed having to code-switch as a junior to cater to the different working styles and personalities of all my different seniors and clients. I am SAP EWM consultant with 5 Years of exp.

Deloitte's brand value will add a feather to the hat. But heard about its toxic WLB as well. Not aware of the role and project details though.

During work from office days, a representative from third party vendor organization used to visit the Gurgaon office during the Investment Proof Declaration days to help folks with "rent agreements, PAN number and rent slips" (ahem!! ahem!! IYKYK) and we were able to claim tax deductions.

Is it still happening there? Also, does anyone have a contact for them?

Why is Barclays the best organization to work with?

I have been hearing a lot that Barclays is one of the best organization to work for but no one is actually helping me in what terms it is better then other organization's. Can someone please share their thoughts here

No joining bonus for early joiners
No WFH set-up cost for new joiners
The organization does provide chair/monitor/mouse/keyboard for WFH ease but then we have to return it while leaving organization.
