I recently joined TCS but I was moved into very different project which was told during hiring. Also they told me for joining incentive but later after 65 days of joining they didn't give saying your business aproval got rejected. I really want to be with TCS but due to project dissatisfaction, I am looking for different job. I am not sure if I can leave the organisation soo soon(4 months) and it should not effect my carrier.

So I just recently passed my CPA exams and I’m now looking for new opportunities. I’m hoping to work at a big 4 firm in tax and possibly connect with anyone working there right now. Please reach out to me, I would look forward to connecting and learning more about potential opportunities. Thanks!EY PwC Deloitte KPMG

It’s simple: pay and upside mobility.
Pay - PE ops is one of the few exits MBB consultants could aim for a pay match and often a raise.
Upside mobility - PE ops trains you well to be a senior leadership or even C suite vs corporate exits (including tech) where most stop at a terminal level.
Personally I chose tech as I long tech and wanted to found a tech startup or join one someday in the future. PE ops was the only other option option considered when leaving BCG.
Tech can match or exceed MBB pay as well and is vastly more accessible
Greater ownership to build operator experience, pathway to P&L accountability, direct skill transfer
