Recruiters are the worst. They will lie to your face to get you on an interview.

I’ve been looking to lateral and I’ve had multiple experiences where I get to the final round of interviews very quickly and everything seems to be going very well, then I just get ghosted (or the firm ghosts my recruiter). Is this happening to other people? Wondering if I’m doing something wrong…

I have 6 YOE in Python with Flask and MongoDB. I took a break this year and have a gap of a few months now. I have been interviewing since 2 months now but not able to crack more than 1 interview which I am not sure of joining. At this point I am feeling very low and lost. Does anyone here work at PWC as a Salesforce Dev? Hows the work environment? interview process? Salary to expected considering 5 YOE? Any help info is greatly appreciated.

I found a company I was really excited about working at. I applied for the job and went through 5 rounds of interviews. At the end they said I was OVER qualified and they want me for a different position higher up in the company. I was super excited they then had me go through 5 more rounds, 3/5 people were the same. The interviews mostly went "didn't you get the job, I highly recommend you? I'll just put you down as a 10". After those were done they told me I was UNDER qualified. Can't win!

I had a virtual interview at amazon and bombed on one question.. i never understood what the interviewer wanted.. seeing the interviewer's reaction after i asked the follow up questions..im glad i bombed it :)

Guys !!! I am in to NP having one offer ! I am just average guy who can clear interviews! In to .net ans angular web development. So far all the interviews i am getting rejected in second round mostly . My doubt is when i am in to last month of my NP say 2 weeks before finishing NP then more probability is there to clear the rounds ? I meant people just take you if u are a immediate joiner ?
