DFW area - when will the rain stopppppp?

PwC A recruiter from PWC reached out to me to ask if I’d consider a different office the one I applied to, since it’s full. It would be Boston, Hartford, Chicago, Minneapolis, Little Rock, Denver, San Francisco or San Jose. MSA candidate. Is there a fully remote option? Do you have to be in the office all the time? Is the compensation high at PWC? Is there a possible moving expenses? Any insight or advice would help me make a decision. Thank you!

Balboa Park has a plethora of museums and cultural treasures. It's a nice place to hang out for a day and there are some great places to eat/drink nearby.
Mister A's has a great rooftop restaurant. Extraordinary Desserts is near Balboa Park too.
La Jolla Cove is a great upscale oceanview neighborhood. I highly recommend grabbing lunch at George's Ocean Terrace.
I love San Diego, but honestly, you have to love the beach/ocean scene to really get the best of it.
I’m from a tiny beach town on the other side of the country, so I definitely love the beach scene! But I’ve never been to SD so I’m excited to see the beach scene there. Thank you for all of these great reccs!
Little Italy is great! Pretty much any restaurant you go to will be fantastic. Also spending a day in Coronado is always nice, with shops, the beach, and you can walk around the Hotel del Coronado. The beach towns between downtown and Oceanside are really relaxed and walkable so if you just spend a day exploring it would still be fun!
Sunset Cliffs for the best sunset views.

Are you into the craft beer/brewery scene? Tons of great stuff to visit if you are.

There are also some Speakeasy bars that you can visit (Google search to find them).
Bali Hai on Shelter Island is a great Tiki bar if you're into that sort of thing.
Cutwater spirits is Ballast Point's distillery program. They have a tasting room + kitchen that I've heard great things about.
Hi I live here honestly the SD zoo itself is a bit overrated HOWEVER the SD zoo safari park is soooo cool! The zoo safari park is in Escondido about 30 miles north of the zoo- both could be possible in one day if you start early
My best friend works at the zoo so she’s able to get us a discount for the safari park! I think we’re going to do that!
Kayaking around the cove and to see the seals and caves was pretty fun last I was there.
PB is a blast if you like going out
PB - Pacific Beach
Chief
Flower show in Carlsbad if it's still on
If you like burgers, Rocky’s Crown Pub in Pacific Beach is great! Iron Mountain is a fairly easy hike. A run on the beach around sunset (it’ll seem a little weird if you’re used to East Coast beaches to see the sun setting over the water). And of course surfing or kayaking are fun— there are some kayak tour companies in La Jolla
Paragliding at the Torrey Pines gliderport. Can also do some nice hiking at Torrey Pines state park. Both are a few miles from LA Jolla cove where you can check out the seal rookery.
Cabrillo Point is cool. Can see the lighthouses, pillboxes installed during WwII, and the tide pools.
Coronado Island is great. Grab a couple cocktails at the hotel del and watch the sunset.
Balboa Park is great.

I went sky diving when I was there. They had a Groupon for GoJump. Also checked out the Japanese friendship garden. Feed the rhino or giraffe at the safari zoo. Try the amazing food that's there.
Also La Jolla for the sea lions and seals or Balboa Park... some museums there too
Would recommend Balboa Park, Coronado Island, Torrey Pines, La Jolla Cove, Little Italy, and Old Town.
If you’re staying north of downtown, grab a drink / lunch at Monarch in Del Mar on their outdoor patio. Then hit Del Mar beach.
Make sure you go check out the seals at Seal Rock for instant joy
Safari Park, Walk along the boardwalk in La Jolla from the cove and head south, take surf lessons at Beacons beach, Speakeasys across town, Scuba Dive La Jolla if you're certified, Carlsbad flowers (google it) deep-sea fishing, chill at the beach(windansea la Jolla is a great one), pop-up picnics for a date, cruise the boardwalk in PB, watch the sunset at Swamis which shouldn't be far from you, to name a few!
