Will I get in trouble if I apply for a job with another Omnicom agency? It's kind of hard to tell what is and what isn't these days

I just got an offer from a startup in India putting my total comp to 40LPA(incl. vested stocks work 8kUSD and I also have an offer from a big 4 in the London for 65250GBP + benefits.
