This is my 2nd yr Wipro and i was in alight account. Now i came to know i am getting released from project on coming 5th June.
So i started for a switch. But last day before moving to the bench i managed to crack another opportunity in alight and i will be safe now.But in b/w these all thing i managed to crack interviews outside in Congnizent(CTS) with 25 LPA (my current is 16 Lpa in wipro)
YOE -6-Is that safe to switch to CTS with this package or better to stay in wipr

i have an offer from IBM(10.7lpa fixed location- Mysore) and Wipro(11.4 fixed location-bangalore) for java developer position, which one is better? any suggestions would be helpful.

What are the easiest practices within S&C to go from A to C? Or does this not really matter? Anywhere I can objectively see the performance of each practice?

I recently had an interview with HCL and cleared 2 rounds of technical interview. I waited for a week for HR call but no such call was received. I then contacted the POC who scheduled the interview (he is an HCL employee) and he said that I have been shortlisted and will receive HR call shortly. This was 1 week ago and I have still not received any call. Has anyone else faced the same issue? And if yes, should I even expect a call fro HR?

Why do we do this to ourselves? I’ve been working 90+ hour weeks for the past 9 months, always under insane pressure, I’ve given up weekends, holidays, any possible time, and the firm still wants more

I went from meeting HR to the head of my department I’d be working for in 3 days. This seems fast. Does it to anyone else? It’s a super fast growing fin tech. I think they may just need bodies.

What small to medium size Post shops are your favorites? Great if in addition to Edit they can do some Gfx (nothing fancy) & finish too, (basic Color). Too many projects with the same vendor & need more variety. NYC/East coast a plus but not a must… Any thoughts?

Thoughts on leaving PA primarily due to the metrics based culture (utilization, dtc, use of X digital tool, revenue, margin, etc). I joined Wipro 2 days back i was in SAP SD support project iny old company and now in Wipro they ask me to get into a testing project.. how does that work is taking testing project is good for long-term or will it have any issues.. also they are asking to come to office...
