They are saying this hiring is for a particular client (big product based client in transport domain).

The client will take interview before joining the project & is expected to evaluate on DS, algo & system design. Just in case, client doesn't approve, then wipro will offer other project at my base location or can it ask to relocate ?

Just curious as I feel the high CTC is approved by project manager.

Is there a corporate way to bring up to senior leaders that an IC is causing issues across multiple teams because they are demanding and also doesn’t collaborate well? The IC gives vague “direction” then says they are too busy to clarify. They also refuse to use our project management/ collaboration tools.

20+ 30+ 40+ 50+ 60+ LPAs

Majority of our salaries are going in Taxes..
I came across two examples where, one person having 13 lpa is getting almost 95+ after all tax declarations.. And another person with 20 lpa is getting around 1.05 lakhs take home after deductions..
So it's just 10k difference every month.. 13 lpa vs 20 lpa...

My CTC is 10 lpa & take home salary is 78.5k pm after deductions..

Company is promising a good career progression after MBA.

Right now, I am working as a Consultant and have 3.6+ Yrs of experience in Oracle CX domain, CTC 8LPA. Started my career as an Analyst (A4) in this company only.
