With my current jobs salary, I’m still considering freezing my eggs but none of the insurance covered like that’s crazy. like this doesn’t even get a tax deductible.

You’re talking about a long term indefinite process. It’s also not critical to your wellbeing. I wouldn’t think any payers would cover freezing your eggs.

Careful. You’re dangerously close to describing what insurance is designed to do, not the monthly membership club that people think should pay for everything that could be done by a someone in scrubs.

I’m freezing mine this year! I’m told the insurance will cover all of the testing and some of the medication, but not the procedure itself. We have a benefit at Deloitte that pays for half of the cost. Definitely call your insurance and get clarification for if they’ll pay for anything.

1) you’d be surprised what insurance ends up covering 2) depending on your facts and circumstances you could potentially qualify for a medical itemized deduction

I will say some companies do help cover that, it’s just rare. For example I know Deloitte helps

What can I do with my 3 year experience at big 4, if I exit now? My aim was to always hit 6 figures after 5 years of work but I can’t stand the big 4 workload and stress levels that much longer. I might get a lot of shade for this but tbh I never understood the hype of big fours. I feel I would have just been a slave there. Why would anyone trade their time and time with family for slave hours and money that you could make having your own thing or somewhere else? Everybody sounds miserable at big fours. What’s ur take?
