Bengaluru company job profile seems more better and Pune company job profile seems less better.

I'm worried about food in Bengaluru that will I get the good North Indian food daily. I don't like rice and south Indian food. I mostly eat chapati and all spicy north Indian thing.

I love my job and have been doing it for years. My Principal is good to me as well! The problem is...the Paraprofessionals at my school are never recognized. You have Teachers Day, Secretaries Day, Principal's Day, etc. Paraprofessional Day comes and goes at my school every year with nothing mentioned to us. Paraprofessionals in my department (Sped) wear many hats on certain days and work extremely hard (mentally/physical)! Does anyone else get this treatment?

Can anyone recommend a voice recorder that transcribes recordings into text? I am looking for a solution as portable as a phone, but purpose built and can transcribe directly into desktop.

My boss assigns projects with unclear expectations and provides no guidance on how to achieve them.

I've asked for help, and, to avoid a long post, she expects me to figure it out. Perhaps you go through this too, but when I don't have a clear guide on completing big projects, it paralyzes me because I don't know where to start. On top of that, I have anxiety, so "it has to be perfect".

I got promoted to be a supervisor to a small team of account managers and started at $77k and have now increased to $83k 6 months later. I’m struggling with an issue with a student right now. I teach in a suburban school outside of NYC that has a very large majority of white students. One of my Black students was recently involved in a biased incident with another student in which he received racist social media messages and racist spoken words from the other student. This was a kid that my Black student thought was his friend. He’s heartbroken, and so am I. I want to know how I can best support my student.
