Work in TAS/TAG at a firm similar to A&M at A/SA level (not B4 but right below them in terms of size). I’ve heard A&M works on bigger deals/more complex clients, so I think moving upstream in a couple years could be a good next move for learning.

What does interview process look like at A&M? How hard is lateraling in when you already have a few years under your belt?

Hello, I am in USI GES tax at DUSI. I love my job but not my team and mgmt anymore. I'm a performer and I'm dumped with work of 2 ppl while others are searching for work. I am burned out.

I resigned and accepted a job with EY GDS with a huge pay bump that DUSI can't match but I also gave up my potential promotion for 2023.

I've been feeling bad about putting my papers down and letting go off my promotion but I am really tired. I took up this job as an escape.
