Hi Everyone !!!
This June I completed my 9 months at Career Level 12 and Sub Level 3 I.e, CL 12.3 at Accenture Operations. My Annual Talent Discussion and One-on-One with People Lead is complete as of last week.
I have 3 questions now :
1. When can I expect to move to 12.2 ?
2. What is the general hike I can expect ? And when it is reflected ?
3. When will be the variable pay will be paid out ?
Can anyone here help me with this performance cycle part ? I am really confused.

After uploading documents in Bosch First Services one week ago, there was no update from them, when I replied to them via mail - They said we will get back to you.Is this sign of getting compensation breakup or they looking for other candidates.I have offer from CGI and only 3 days is remaining to accept.What should I do in this case?As CGI has said if you don't join after accepting offer we will blacklist you.

Hi everyone, interview for entry level Allstate claims position. Should I take it being 3 business days since my final interview and no offer. The interviewer said to give it a week and that she was gna give my info to hiring manager to review, but I thought she was the hiring manager since this was the 2 interview outside internal recruiter interview. i sent a thank you email the day after. But i don’t know i thought it was a good interview. Allstate

Mill. 3 people left in my group of 13 or so over 4 months
It’s a mill. Stay away. You can get similar pay and better WLB at other national firms like Wood Smith and Litchfield Cavo
That is my understanding. I’m sure you’ll learn how to bill, work long hours and get reps and experience with depos and hearings. It would not be a sustainable type of firm IMO. (Experience with a very similar firm)
