Though the deal is said to be closed by early 2027, any idea what impact (job security/payoff/promotion/projects)will be there on Nagarro employees? I have asked for 60, but that’s out of their budget. I’m thinking of accepting the offer only if 55 is fixed without any variable. What do tou think guys? Is it worth a switch?
