It depends on why you're doing it.
Coach
I would probably stay at OD for the bonus and try to work with attorneys in other offices that do the work you want to do.
Is the OD total comp (base + bonus) better than Littler total comp when bonus is taken into account? I understand Littler has higher base.
OD has lots of traditional labor work and not enough bodies to staff it, at least in CA. I would stay at hook up with the traditional labor shareholders in CA. Further, you would be on the fast track to shareholder if you wanted that.
Also, I believe base salary may be higher at Littler but that depends on what level you go in at. However, from everything I have heard bonuses are superior at OD than Littler.
Where are you located? I’m at OD and can try to connect you to pure labor SHs
Same with me and my office is light on labor associates
I’ve connected with shareholders and some work has trickled in but not a lot. I’ll keep making attempts.
Availability of a certain type of work within my specific office.
Following. Contemplating something similar. Curious—what type of work are you looking for?
Traditional labor
I’ve heard ogletree has a pretty solid labor practice. Is littler’s any more robust?
