I Currently work for an MNC in Kerala, I've 4.4 years of experience in software development. Currently leading a team of 6 developers. Recently I got an offer from Rakuten India, Bengaluru location. As Senior Software Engineer 1, Rakuten offered 13.5L as CTC + 1.4L as joining bonus. My current CTC is 7.2LPA. As per my research on the salary for this role at Rakuten, the offered one is low. 48days of notice period is left What i can expect from Rakuten India for this role?,How can i negotiate?

A curious case regarding interview at Amazon.
There is a particular opening to which I did not apply.
Got an email saying they want to interview me, with slot options.
I selected slot options and then I got an email for an interview with one of their employees.
Email is from hire_the_best@email.amazon.com
Have tried reaching out to the mentioned employee as well on LinkedIn to check if it is genuine - but haven't received any response.
Have observed this to be a fake incidence in the past.
What say?

200k base is probably closer to Sr. Director or VP level. That would be a level 31 or 32, compared to level 29 on assoc director.
Yep. They gave me $130k plus $20k bonus as a very experienced grade 29 associate director.

I can tell you many level 30 Director levels were 150-160’s plus bonus (which wasn’t fully funded resulting from corporate, not individual or business unit performance)…200 is likely a big stretch

Greatly appreciate it… as a manager 3 years post MBA, I was thinking of looking at Associate Director roles at Optum, but sounds like I either need more years post MBA/be a SM before exiting to a higher level, or be more flexible in the drop in total comp… thank you for the advice everyone
In my experience, the pay bands within UHG are incredibly rigid - not to say you can’t negotiate for a higher grade, but in my experience 200k+ base is unlikely. I could be wrong; If you come across the grade level for the role I could certainly help provide insight into the pay range
The salary range is posted in the job description right?
