When negotiating Salary, do you mention Glassdoor, Levels.fyi, or a separate source? Or neither?? Looking at a role I’m currently a candidate for and the discrepancy of pay between Glassdoor and Levels.fyi is absurd (IE Glassdoor average salary is almost 40K higher than Levels.fyi) Glassdoor also has more “data points”, for lack of a better term, than Levels.fyi for this role.
Thoughts??

Any news?
Hi everyone! Does anyone in here work for Omada Health ? I have an interview next Wednesday for a PT Member Support Agent role and am unclear on what the pay could be. Glassdoor has the pay estimate at 42k-48k, but I found a comment where someone in the same role mentioned only getting paid $12/hr. I have 8 years of experience as a CSR but I’ve had a couple year gap in between now and my last job. TIA Any advice helps .

You don’t come to the K for bonus. Negotiate on the way in. We’re hemorrhaging talent
Hey thanks for the info, definitely helpful. It seems like a lot of organizations are struggling for talent. Out of curiosity, if K isn’t known for the bonus, what would you say it’s known for?
Good work life balance and culture. We don’t care as much abt making work our personality. Most people try and keep some semblance of balance. Flip side is we get paid less than everyone else over a lifetime, so negotiate strong on the way in
Depends on practice, but travel isn’t required as far as I know. Optional/depending on client. I’m in risk and I’ve never been to a client
Completely depends on practice.
I’m looking at the website and I noticed a Consulting practice group under the Advisory practice area - would that help with getting a general idea of the range?
Mentor
It’s Sr Assoc, Manager, Director within advisory (consulting). It’ll depend on practice but loose non-MBA ranges for base salaries are:
Sr: 90-130
M: 120-180
D: 150-250+ (most variable level)
Bonus is pretty crappy at Sr/M level (4-10%) and a little better at Director
Mentor
Ranges must have changed quite a bit since I left ~2 years ago or this is for specialized practices (i.e. chg mgmt M is not getting 215 base)
I think it’s Director
By Director do you mean the Sr. Manager is equivalent Director at KPMG?
