I’m 9mo into a new manager role but we now have a new chief comms head and I’m concerned that he’ll undermine me into being his direct report. He’s very sneaky in that he’ll insert himself at certain times to make it appear that he’s in charge and I have proof. Should I be direct and tell him to back off or raise this to cco w/o seeming “non-collaborative”?
