But once I started talking to friends i got to know that one of my frnd has recently been fired from CTS last year due t unavailability of project. Executive recruiter reached out about a role via linkedin, I scheduled a call for a few days later. During that time, an internal recruiter for a company called me and told me about an opportunity, and sent some details. When I spoke with the exec recruiter I learned it was for the same role.

Just got on a new project and I have no idea what I’m doing. I’ve been asked to lead a group of developers that are older than me and I feel anxious.
