Executive recruiter reached out about a role via linkedin, I scheduled a call for a few days later. During that time, an internal recruiter for a company called me and told me about an opportunity, and sent some details. When I spoke with the exec recruiter I learned it was for the same role.

Who should I continue the process with? Technically the exec recruiter got to me first, but I learned the details about the role from the internal recruiter first

Anyone got H1B interview appointment? I am still waiting for the HR to confirm that I can go ahead and take an appointment. What is the process , why to still keep on waiting when I can see the appointments are available now.

After spending 4 years as a mid-level ops manager, I tried to break into HR through talent acquisition. Now after 6 years in TA, I've had a hard time getting out of it. My goal was always to get into a more broad HRBP position, but I've since worked for smaller orgs without a solid HR career path. When I ask about my career goals, they keep telling me, "Soon!" Or "Maybe in 6 months!"
