Yes. Because all the things you mentioned you have at your current company can change except for them paying you up to 50% more. I’ve just learned the hard way it’s better to leave when you’re in a good spot than wait until you desperately want to leave.
Absolutely second this. Had to learn this the hard way too…made it a pretty rough year. Glad you got out D1, hope you found something that fits well.
