Hi everyone!
I've been offered a job at Publicis Sapient as a front-end developer (React Js).
What kind of work culture, work load and tech stack exposure should I be expecting?
I'm having 1 year experience.
I've also got offers from IndiaMART InterMESH Limited, Amdocs, Verizon and Collegedunia.
All for the role of front-end web developer.
I'm very confused between all of them.
Guys , whoever is interviewing and planning to join , do ask project availablity on priority basis before you take decision. On Java front looks like there is some project issue due to recent slowdown in market. My offer was not revised even after agreement with recruiter because of this.

Depends. Have other managers from your firm exited to this company and if so, what level were they brought in at? If not, then sure. Titles don’t matter as much as the personal fit with the work, the people, and the level of responsibility.
Titles don’t pay the bills

If it’s bothering you, you could ask for a different title.. you may be surprised at what comes out of it.

Not a problem at all.
Depending on specific industry, consulting might only give you a 1:1 YOE crosswalk.
Industry also doesn't have a standardized career framework, so Manager at an industry firm could be equivalent to anything from Consultant to Senior Manager in consulting, depending on the specific industry firm's career framework.
Beyond all that, I personally don't care a thing about titles. If the comp and responsibilities are good, my title could be secretary and I'd be just fine.
I'd assume that would depend on your long term goals. Are you trying to climb the ladder as high as you can or retire early, or something else? Should be obvious choice.
What’s the upwards trajectory look like? If you aren’t moving to something where you’ll be maxed out, I don’t see why you’d turn it down.
