Question: I currently work as an inside sales account manager selling a wide portfolio of IT products. Leads are redirected to our website, which is optimized for self-service and conversion.

After a day, unconverted leads are assigned to outbound SDR team. They’ll get around 750 leads per month, converting at a 5% conversion rate.
