Definitely means you’re trusted and seen as a valuable contributor, and it’s a positive sign for your future at the company. If you're consistently being invited and hopefully can drive project success, that'd be a strong case to start a conversation about new opportunities or a promotion. Ideally, right after a notable achievement or campaign win.
It’s never the wrong time if you are interested. I’d also be asking if that’s just a part of the job or how they operate.

I agree with the above. It’s a good sign, and I think the sooner you express interest in a promotion, the better. Even if there’s not right now, you’ll stay top of mind if there is a chance in the next few months. Plus with review season coming up, it’s good to show you’re interested.
All good stuff. Make sure you’re not being taken advantage of being pigeonholed into a specific skill or role though as well. Always amazing to be seen as a thought partner and the first one they call. But I have also seen people get stuck because “they’re too valuable” in their current role
