Not a national firm/specialize in a particular industry, and from most of the job posting it's either requesting corporate accounting experience or Big4 experience, neither of which I have...
The only reason I'm considering is because I want to transition into corporate accounting and wanted to gain the experience, which I won't be able to get from continuing working at a cpa firm.

Big4 has clear trajectory and interesting work.

F100 has 14% bonus, perm remote, and immediate vesting 401k over 7%.

What would you take?

So after two weeks of waiting (and giving up on the idea of getting the job really), the recruiter got back to me.

They said due to month-end and quarter-end close they were busy and couldn’t get back to me as quickly for a “good update”.
