Would you prefer a 5 days in office strict 9-5/6 or a fully remote, post Big-4 accounting consultancy (think CFGI, Siegfried)?

My wife has a degree in sales and is looking for a company with a healthy work environment. She’s also looking for a place that is not crazy overworking their employees and allows a flexible work schedule. Anyone have any recommendations on remote options she might be interested in?

Am I the only one who laughs when I read “no remote” in the middle of this Delta surge?
