EY1 is correct. It very much depends on you and what makes you happy.
Some people are ok coasting & enjoying life, some prefer to have the time to focus on their families, I personally prefer to be constantly challenged (gets bored easily).
But I’m at a stage in my life where I don’t have any outside attachments that need my focus so I can put in the longer hours.
Think about what you want out of life right now. And maybe making more money to set aside for later in life is part of it - or not a factor at all.

The fact that you're asking this question is wild
You have it all with less stress and still some left over. I wouldn't rock the boat!
That is a very personal choice. It would depend to me on whether I would be getting something in addition to the money with the new position. Would it be more interesting? Would it set me up for something much better on the future?
Do you live to work or work to live? It’s a personal decision.
It all depends on what you want for your life. For some, it’s worth it, for others, it’s not.
