So I was a 5th year associate in nyc making 100 k a year 2k billable hours.. Accounting advisory big4 or IA at F100. Both senior roles. Roughly same base pay.

Big4 has clear trajectory and interesting work.

F100 has 14% bonus, perm remote, and immediate vesting 401k over 7%.

What would you take?

Revenue accountant at a top startup (think FANG)- pros and cons of a role like this? Very prestigious company with a lot of upward movement in the accounting function.
