Hello 🦈s,
Role: SAP ABAP
Current: 8 LPA
I am having offer from LTI for 10.5 Fixed & 1 Mouritech for 12 LPA Fixed.
I have also cleared PwC India interview & HR has told me that they can give me 10.5 as Fixed (Before 12 offer). I have not yet received the offer letter.
Now my question is will PwC consider this offer for the re-negotiation? Or will they not release the offer letter itself?
Also what should be my ask for a SAP ABAP Developer with experience of 3.3 Years?
Thanks in Advance 🙏

I’m in the middle of it right now. They are being super helpful but it came after a lot of conversations with my manager and HR.
I tried, felt the same way so I secured a new position and came to them saying I'm thinking of leaving but what I'd really like is to stay within wpp. That wasn't the right way to approach it, probably a bit dumb of me to think it was, but at the time and given the state of my agency, it was the only way I felt comfortable with the conversation.
What they told me I should have done was find an open position I wanted and felt fairly certain I was qualified for, and to apply through my agency's HR. There are a few people who have to sign off that it's ok for the other agency to interview you, notably your direct manager. You can then interview with the other agency, and I was told that it generally works, but also that it can be a kind of tricky if it doesn't work out, and that it isn't a transfer so there are really no guarantees. However, things change once you reach a certain level and it does become an actual transfer.
For whatever my advice is worth, I would have a discussion with HR. I don't think they're going to run and tell your manager that you want to leave. I think the flashing lights start to go off once you take it to the step of asking HR to ask your manager if they will sign off on you interviewing with another agency.
A former coworker had great success. He saw the position he wanted, told our boss, our boss and HR said he could go for it, and he ended up getting the job. He has since transferred to yet another WPP agency.
We don't have springboard in the US :(
I did it. Talked to HR/Talent and my manager about wanting to make the move and they actually sent my resume to other WPP talent teams. Very helpful in getting my resume to the top of the pile.
Don’t mention until you have secured something. I have interviewed at sister agencies and it has never been an issue. Also, think of all the people you work with that care from sister agencies. It happens all the time. The worst scenario is likely in your head not theirs.
I’m concerned because I’m pretty new at my current spot, but a month after I started my boss quit without a replacement and I have no idea what I’m doing. Dont see myself being able to grow at all here. I don’t even have anyone I’m reporting to right now. Shitshow.
But I don’t have a boss right now 😩
Most WPP agencies will lock you down until you have spoken to your HR team about moving. There is quite a lot of helpful info on inside wpp intranet about moving and poaching guidelines. I’ve moved and it was totally fine. If there is a job posted on Springboard, you don’t have to tell HR or your manager either. If a job is posted externally, it’s likely that until you’ve ok-d it internally, they won’t see you for an interview. Good news is that you’re pretty much guaranteed and interview because most agencies will always prefer to move someone than recruit from outside.
