Y'all, I'm dealing with some serious imposter syndrome. After 20+ years in mortgage lending, I recently transitioned to another sector in the real estate industry. My anxiety is through the roof, and I'm afraid that I will sabotage myself.

How do y'all deal with imposter syndrome? I was a "go to" person for years. Starting over is so hard.

Hello, I was wondering about which companies usually hire for entry level ServiceNow role?

I’m currently doing large scale Oracle ERP implementation and I am having difficulty finding companies that hire entry level roles. I switch fields recently so I only have around 9 months of experience and I find that most ServiceNow position requires 2+year in ServiceNow :/

I'm an investment banker and in late stages of a couple CorpDev roles of Fortune 200 companies. Both roles report to Head of CorpDev. I would be interested to understand the typical career progression. Assuming Head of CorpDev will stay in position for the next 5-10 years, what is the expectation of upward mobility then?
