Hi Fishes,
I have 7.3 YOE and my Tech Stark is SAP UI5/ Fiori Developer.
I currently have 2 offers in hand, one from Sopra Steria, Technical Lead 2B - CTC 18.6 LPA which is completely fixed and the other offer is from Capgemini, Manager C2- CTC 18 LPA(Variable 10%) and joining bonus 50k.
Please help me by suggesting which one I can go forward with.

Hi fishes, I attempted an interview for software engineer post at Amdocs. I cleared the first round of interview and later contacted the recruiter for the same. The recruiter replied by saying they will let me know once panel will be available.
It’s been around 2 weeks I haven’t heard from the recruiter.
Can anyone guide me and help me with the same?

Cant speak to Navigant, but I've had a great experience in my first year at ZS.
Just remember that ZS is not your typical management consulting firm. We focus more on analytics outsourcing than real management/strategy work. We are changing that and getting more strategy work, but we still do a lottttttt of analytics. Also, be careful of what level you come in at because you won’t get promoted for 2 years no matter what your prior experience is. So if you have a couple years at your current company, make sure to come in as an AC and not an A. If you have ~5 years of experience, try to come in as a C
I think we work with every single major pharma out there. Agree with ZS1 it kind of sucks to come in as an experienced hire because it's nigh impossible to be promoted before 2 years. We dabble in a bit of non sales and marketing work (PE advisory, change management, etc.) but it's quite limited. Travel is minimal for most non-principal folks; most of the time my clients are local, so even when I travel it's only a day trip.
