I just left Deloitte and have the option to rollover my 401k to an IRA. If I’m happy with the existing funds and there’s no fees to keep it there, is there still an advantage to rollover?
I'm thinking of going freelance / contract. How does health / dental / eye work? I'm Canadian so this is rather 'foreign' to me.

My parents are likely going to get divorced - I am worried about my dad. I am fairly confident he has anxiety/depression (I struggle with anxiety and we lost cousin on dads side from suicide) and refuses to get help. I don’t know how he will manage when he lives by himself. Has anyone dealt with divorced parents, especially those with mental health issues? I’m only 24, I work 50 hours a week and cannot take care of him. Extended family members are not in the picture.

First time home buyer here—although not ideal, would it be better to take money out of my Roth or traditional 401k to help pay for the house?
Hi all, Has anyone here put in for mental health leave? I am seriously thinking of talking about it with my therapist on Thursday. I'm having heartburn, insomnia, multiple migraines a week (almost threw up today during my planning period 🤢). I've gained weight, I'm miserable all the time, I'm 39 and healthy but I honestly thought I was having a heart attack a week ago. I'm so anxious I'm short of breath most of the time. Would like to know your experiences...

From one HR to the other - what do we think about the level of diversity shown in this vid released by my employer earlier today? I think they‘ve done a nice job trying to feature a good mix but might‘ve actually „overdone“ it? Might be cause I’m used to male-only engineering lol https://www.linkedin.com/feed/update/urn:li:activity:6871427562401275904

Folks hoping to get some input from your experiences and the immigration professionals in this bowl. My sister is working out of Chicago and GC recruitment campaign failed. Similar campaign passed in Denver office and she was included in that campaign and notified that she will have to move offices to Denver. At what point does she have to move? I140 stage or as soon as PERM is approved? Does she have to be there now? Appreciate your thoughts on this matter.
People who are in consulting post-MBA: I didn't have to case to get into Booz. How were case interviews for you? Any tips for consulting recruiting during my MBA? Was your Consulting Club helpful?

Second year commercial litigator at a mid sized firm in NYC. I’m looking to transition into transactional work but most firms require 2-3 years of experience for entry level positions. I never intended to litigate as a career choice and just kind of fell into it after graduating law school. Any tips?

Hi bowl, I'm not okay today. I woke up feeling off, then my project told us that my workstream is ending this coming Friday. I feel like an after thought, I feel so anxious and so tired. I know I should eat today but I just want to lay down in bed and disappear. I'm sorry for this post, I just needed to write this and cry as I do it.
