ZS vs KPMG vs Roland Berger? US NE office

Have an offer to join rb or zs trying to determine if I should. strategy work at KPMG almost non existent in my practice. Not super hyped on healthcare but also don’t mind it. What are your thoughts? It’s basically ZS brand in NA seems to be better than RB, RB has more diverse clients and strong brand in EU

currently tossing up between staying at a global company (who is in the process of some positive changes) with an amazing manager who supports my career and flexible working … however comes with the inherit issues that come with a long standing global company

compared with a role at a smaller mga, higher salary (around 30%) more , more visibility career wise and some great employee benefits , management seem to be supportive and low staff turnover

I’m currently working for a small technical consulting start-up firm. I make good money, have great benefits, and they seem very happy with the work I’m doing, so I know I could move up quickly. However, tech consulting is definitely not my dream job. I want to get into data analytics, and I have an offer from a big company to do just that. I’ve only been at my current company for about 8 months, but I don’t ever see myself loving this job. How do I know when it’s time to make a change?
