Worked out religiously my entire life. Always been + - 5 lbs. Got vertigo and took a break for a solid 7 months. 15 lbs later, I’m finding it hard to fuel my workouts while cutting carbs. Any recco’s?

If you're doing low carb or keto, the key is more salty food and water. Since you're cutting carbs you're not holding as much water so you need to replace that with salty food to prevent fatigue.

Other option, keep your higher carb meals to pre/post workout to get a boost of energy then cut the carbs throughout your other meals.

Just restarted stimulants and already I'm dealing with twitches again. Does anyone else get these? No type of pain or anything just every once and a while my body will twitch strongly. Afterward I feel normal, but it's a bit annoying, and I can't control it at all which is a little disconcerting. Don't remember this from when I took stimulants as a kid, but it's been a while.

Received my first prenatal massage at 19 weeks today and the therapist was trained and did a bit of myofascial stretching techniques. Never touched my stomach. Just lower back, arms, legs and feet. I have had cramps in my abdominal area since a few hours after the massage. Not sure if it’s cramps or stretching pains. Drinking a ton of water to flush out toxins, but is this pain normal?

My parent has a star health policy for which the renewal premium is drastically increasing (almost by 50%) every year at age 51.
With such increase I do not think it will be viable for long term. So planning to switch/port.

Up antidepressant dosage or quit?
Relatively new position at a coveted firm as their Marketing and BD manager. Have suffered burnout and depressive episodes previously: can feel the symptoms raising it’s head. Most importantly, struggling to tolerate how directors speak to me, whereas previously I wouldn’t take it personally and get on with it. I suffer from depression. Currently on 150mg Venafaxcine. It seems my depression is worse in the day and I come alive at night. Has anyone experienced this with or without Venafaxcine?
I work remote and I'm currently on the bench. I'm worried because my utilization is low...Im trying to learn new skills and sleepy during the day it makes it hard. Hey everyone. I found out we are expecting our first child and I’m really nervous. I got into consulting one year ago and I’m up for promotion this year.
