There are a few brand responses to the pandemic that seem a bit tone-deaf. Then, there are some that seem to be genuine efforts at helping. Anyone have examples of brands doing good for humanity?
We’ve all seen a few agencies still asking workers to come in to the office, amidst all the COVID-19 hysteria. Any companies on the brand side still expecting employees to be on site?
One issue for CDs going in-house is brands not knowing where to comp them. Director level is just above Manager. Limited base, influence, bonus—nowhere near VP. Agencies hand out VP titles like candy.
What does everyone think are the top 5 in-house brands to work for if you’re a creative who wants a balance of good work and good hours?
