They want memes, gifs, and culture posts that show off how great it is to work here. 🙄The tone they’re pushing often contradicts our core brand voice, which leans premium, thoughtful, and a little buttoned-up. I’ve raised this, but the response is basically: “We’re trying to attract Gen Z talent. This is what they expect.” How do you handle this?

I’ve noticed on Glassdoor, salaries for my level (Director) are higher than my base but have similar bonus opportunity. At what level of pay gap would you push or make a stink? In hindsight I should have pushed more during the hiring process. At 160k base now, seeing ranges in the 170s to low 180s. These are specific to my current company.

The recruiter just called to tell me that they want me to do one more round, though. This will make 8 interviews total, including a full case study presentation to 4 people. Should I be worried?
