9 months PP and I think I have post-partum anxiety. Any therapists in NYC you’d recommend for this? Have moments of feeling overwhelmed and almost paralyzed. I’m sick of it and need it to change.

Some weeks are really hard and make you question everything. Everything is fab until a kid gets sick. The guilt of wanting to be home and wanting to be at work is rough.
