It went well and i am hoping for a positive response.
Want to know how much should I expect Or at what pkg should I negotiate with them.
I am thinking of proposing 13-15 LPA negotiable.

McCann has been upgrading the nursing rooms and they have counters, fridge space, etc. it can get. A little
tricky if you need to shift times but they can usually accommodate as there are several spaces for it in the building. I would say as much as you are able just block your times in your calendar and hold the line. Those are your times. Doesn’t mean you might not have to take a call or do email from the room but don’t let people think those times are flexible for you because it will start to create more chaos. Make it your new schedule. They’ll adjust and it’s temporary anyway. Good luck!
I pumped at McCann too, and since there were three of us on our floor who pumped they let us share the key between us so we didn’t have to spend time fetching and returning it. Between us we had the room booked basically the whole day, and HR was good about listening to why we needed more than 20-30 minutes when we booked hour-long blocks. It was so nice to not have to rush to get everything set up, pump, then break down again, and often I would join calls from the room knowing that I could do the whole call from there and not have to shuffle around to a conference room when I finished pumping.
1 year paid maternity leave but most women take 1.5/2 years. Agency offers different types of part time when moms come back. 👍🏻

It’s hard, as only you will protect the time. HR do not manage your diary so people will schedule things when they want. Even the kindest and most supportive agency still runs like a regular agency 90% of the time, so you just have to be transparent with your team on what you need and how you need to work. I missed a pump the other day as I got stuck in a 3 hour client meeting (it overran) and honestly, it was my own damn fault for not excusing myself and stepping out for 15 minutes and sticking to my daily plan. Did it matter in the end that I was in the room the whole time? Not really.
My agency was great. Really clean and comfortable pumping rooms with fridges and easily accessible outlets. Plush chair. And not a word said about my calendar being blocked off.
