I want to start fresh in the new year with better habits for managing the parenting hustle. A schedule for meals, for myself (working out, showering 😜.), and work boundaries— any advice?

I’m in the finals for a job I’m very interested in.
I’m also 12 weeks pregnant. Does anyone have advice for negotiating for the company’s paid leave even though you don’t qualify for FMLA?

Freelance moms, how did you manage your maternity leave? How long did you take? Was is purely self-funded? Can you take advantage of NY’s paid family leave? How? Im pregnant and freaked.

My agency only offers maternity leave after working there for 12 months. I got pregnant as soon as I started working there. Any advice on how to handle the situation? I haven't told them yet.
