“Pancakes” Smash a banana with a raw egg and 1/2 package of instant oatmeal to make a fast and healthy pancake batter. Cook on a skillet with coconut oil or butter. Takes about 10 mins. No messy syrup needed

I make my toddlers eggo waffles with butter then cut them into quarters and put it in a ziplock. Works for the car. If I have a tad more time I’ve also made silver dollar pancakes- also portable (using just add water mix, of course).

like

Drinkable yogurt. Bag of cereal. Breakfast bars. Cut up fruit.

like

I do the waffle thing too. Or yogurt pouches. Fruit. They used to love mini egg frittatas i would make in mini muffin tins but don’t anymore. Think I got too aggressive with vegetables, will try again with plain. PB&J also works if no nut allergies

We do avocado toast on the go

like

Scrambled eggs. Do you mean you make and bring on the go or pick up on the go.

Feel like we're always doing breakfast in the car.

Third the waffles - Van's has some pretty great blueberry gluten free ones. Earth's Best for mini pancakes.

Dry cereal in a cup. Yogurt pouch & fruit (dried or fresh). Nutrigrain-like bars (I try to find ones with less sugar).

There's a brand with green and white packaging that sneaks veggies into everything, they have egg bites, but they can get a little greasy. So roll them around in a paper towel at first.

If picking up on the go Starbuck's mobile app, they have a sausage, egg, & cheese my little loves. And you can order a milk to go if needed.

like

Yogurt pouch; fruit pouch: healthy granola bar; banana; annie’s frozen pancakes aren’t messy (if you have time to make them)

If you can spare 20 mins on the weekend, do up a big batch of carrot-applesauce muffins - they last a week in the fridge and are perfect w a bit of cream cheese or just chunks of cheese.

Yes to waffles too!

like

Egg muffins. You make them on the weekend and can even put (gasp) veggies in them. Easy to freeze also!

Love all of these suggestions. Haven't tried waffles before but going to stop by a grocery store tonight and try it out. Breakfast in the car is a sad reality for us too 😂

Beware of pb&j in the car - I’ve had incidents 😂 now I’ll do a little pb on bread but no j. I’m going to look up egg cups. Great idea! I often make my toddlers quiche for lunch but never thought of doing the breakfast egg muffin thing.

Cereal bars

So recently my SO has been accusing me of being in control of when we are intimate (sex and cuddling). She says that every time she wants to I say no - and whenever I want to - she says yes. So it's by default doing whatever I want when I want. It's a gross exaggeration of what's happening - but does anyone ever deal with something like this? How do you say no to something like that - without your partner thinking you're just looking out for yourself or you're controlling?

Looking for advice or thoughts. I've been married for about 4-1/2 years, a consistent issue in our marriage is that I either work too much or I'm not available enough. I work in a sales office, 8-5 M-F. Various issues arising at home have required my attention 30+ times in the last 12 months. I have worked from home most of those occasions. We have a real emergency now but my GM says I am pushing the limits. I actually agree with him, but it's causing problems at home. Thoughts?

I love my SO. We’ve been together for nearly a decade and are talking marriage. I know being with him though will require living far from my family. I love my family and dread the thought of being far from them. My SO has been transparent about wanting to return to his home country. I don’t want to lose him but I also dread being far from my family. What’s the right call here? Fwiw he’s lived in my home country for about a decade now but has been able to visit his pretty easily (cont)

Gift ideas for GF dad? We have been dating a year and a half, I get along with him super well. He is dealing with some medical complications so isn’t to active at the moment but loves cooking and golfing. He is one of those guys who already has everything he needs, and they are super wealthy so I feel bad getting him any clothing or accessories knowing it wouldn’t be as nice as the things he wears, although I know he doesn’t expect anything and would genuinely appreciate anything I got him

I sleep a lot on a fucked up schedule because I’m depressed but I can’t afford help, and I only get it when insomnia gives me a break. I’m so done and over all of this. I have so many heavy regrets. Idk how to carry all of this.

I'm currently in a consulting manager role internal to a well regarded pharma company. However, i have been contacted about a role at IQVIA for a new pure strategy internal group that they are standing up. It would be a 55% salary boost with director title and completely remote. Should I consider it? The salary increase and location flexibility are alluring.
