Senior Salesforce consultant salary in Toronto ?
I transferred firms to EY almost a year ago. I’m currently a SA1. I recently got my H1-B extension. Is it reasonable to assume that EY will start my GC application once I’ve been with the firm for a year? Or do I need to be at a higher rank or have less time left on my H1-B for them to get the process started?

It gets better. But until then, take some time for yourself. It’s important. Also, fuck guilt Fuck your pre-baby body. Then fuck your baby daddy.
Can’t fix the tired though. You’ll be tired forever. Sorry.
I think they are referring to the time and mental energy breastfeeding, pumping etc takes up. Having that space/time back after I stopped pumping was so great.
I was much less tired after my kids turned 3. Also daddy pulling more weight lately so that means I can nap more. But the busy-ness never goes away.
I think S&S 1 said it best 😂
This all sounds super normal. 3 years in, I can tell you I’m WAY less tired (but also always tired). I’ve accepted I’ll never get back to pre-pregnancy weight and just try to be healthy-ish. Sex life is semi back to normal, but you do have to make a conscious effort - like you almost have to schedule it which is awkward, but you’ll get back into a rhythm eventually.
And I need more money
It gets better. I promise. It gets better. When I stopped breast feeding, I felt like my life snapped back into place.
Me too. High five I guess?
I’m curious about people saying it got better when they stopped breastfeeding. Breastfeeding has been mostly good for me, it got me down LOWER to than my pre pregnancy weight in like three weeks and I was ecstatic as I wasn’t super happy with my body when I got pregnant. Now it’s been 7 months and I’m breastfeeding twice a day and pumping once and I can tell the glorious effects are over. I would like to have my boobs back but other than that I am nervous to quit.
Oh man. So there with you
I also felt like I stopped seeing my body as a milking cow and could feel sexy again.
Yep, that 👆🏼
I think while breastfeeding/pumping is initially great for losing the baby fat, it eventually levels out and you have to adjust. Then it’s much harder to maintain.
@bbdo yeah. It’s really bumming me out. To be honest I was actually feeling pretty good the first few months after delivery. Had some kind of magical energy, healed from my c-section well and fast, lost the weight. Im at 7 months now, we’re both working, and I just feel like garbage.
Same here, OP. I’m counting down days to my baby’s first birthday to wean. Will honestly miss that time with baby, but I need my body, brain and time back. Once the hormones even out. Not excited in doing what got me here in the first place.
