Is Nagarro good to join? I have a fully remote opportunity which I'm pretty sure I can crack. Is the pay and benefits good at Nagarro? Do they provide laptop and test devices or will I have to work on my laptop? Do they give medical insurance etc? What if the project gets over. Do they have enough projects or will I be asked to move to a different technology? Will I be fired if on bench? Nagarro

Hi Fishes, I grabbed an offer at Accenture with 12 LPA fixed for Level 9. I'm not getting a retention offer from my current company at 13.5 lpa. How do I go about a counter offer with Accenture HR? Also tell me how to approach this situation smoothly.
If HR doesn't fulfill the counter offer, is it ok to accept 12 lpa fixed for Level 9 and when will I get a hike here and how much would it be approximately?

I was 15 weeks pregnant while interviewing and was honest when I got the offer. Without hesitation I got the full leave and this was at a company known as a sweat shop (nyc agency). At this point you should not have a problem getting a full leave. I’d be shocked at any company unwilling to fully support a new mom given the scrutiny holding companies are under to balance equality for women in advertising.
I changed jobs 7mos. pregnant. Also didn’t qualify for FMLA but did receive 8 weeks disability (c-section) plus 6 weeks company parental leave. FMLA only provides you with the guarantee of job protection and unpaid leave, so not qualifying may not impact you as much as you think. Once you have offers in hand, then inquire about the benefits before you accept.
Part 2: I probably won’t take the job if they don’t offer me the full leave.
Do you know for sure you don’t get the company’s paid leave? I had a baby in the first year of a job and I got the company’s leave and short-term disability. I also managed to save up vacation. In total I wound up getting 10 weeks fully paid leave even without FMLA.
I'm in the same situation as CS1 where I'm still in the first year of a job & am pregnant - planning on taking 4 months maternity leave (combo of some short term disability/maternity leave/PTO) with only 2 weeks of it unpaid. Surely the new job will come with a pay rise to help with your upcoming baby?
