Am I understanding TDEE correctly? I’m using the sailrabbit website. Im 5’0 female. I was 140lbs in Jan and now am 125. Looking to drop to 105 which was my weight precovid. According to this website my TDEE when working from home and using the Mifflin St Jeor equation is the following:
140 lbs = 1504
125 lbs = 1425
105 lbs = 1320

So basically I need to only eat 100 calories less per day to lose 20lbs? I feel like the delta should be bigger for 20 whole lbs?

I booked a trip for a friend on my delta account with my miles + $. Now we need to cancel the trip. Does anyone know if I would be refunded those miles + $ or if the miles +$ would then be tied to their name for future use?

Thoughts on Air Europa? Looking at a flight that would use KLM to get from the US to Europe then Air Europa for a 2hr flight to my destination. Looking for a new credit card and deciding between the Amex gold or chase sapphire preferred. Any preferences? For reference I’m in my mid 20s and live in nyc. I’m not looking to pay a huge annual fee and I have a corporate Amex green card which takes $100 off annually for Amex gold. Most of my spending goes to rent, dining, groceries, seamless, public transportation, Uber/lyft, and online shopping. I have status with delta as well but work completely remote so not traveling as much.

How does one get to DCA Terminal A (Southwest airlines) via public transport? I know the yellow/blue goes to DCA but it drops off at the opposite side of the airport.
That walk over is easy enough to manage if you have a small carry on and budget the time to walk, but not so manageable if you have larger luggage.

I put myself on a delta airlines standby list and now I’m regretting it. Is there anyway to cancel the standby / same day change request ? The flight is tomorrow
