*Leadership more concerned about advancing their careers within Delta Air Lines than addressing their toxic manager(s)
*Leadership that outwardly promote diversity and inclusion but internally only promote their favorites
*Manager(s) that manage from a place of ego vs. emotional intelligence
*Manager(s) allowed to gossip, lie and speak ill of female employees, both past and present
*Leadership is fully aware of above.

9 hour Delta with my wife on a 767 (2-3-2 seat config).. should we do comfort plus in the row of 3, or main cabin in a row of 2 where it’d be just us?

And I don’t have a ton of points so I can’t justify premium or delta one ☹️

My international Delta flight was rescheduled 5 times today - I spent 9 hours at the airport and 2 hours waiting in customer service lines/waiting for agents to respond via chat. I now have to fly out tomorrow. All we got was a $15 food voucher. 🤦Is there anything else I can get from this? i.e. Travel credit (if so how much)? Reimbursements for needing to take an Uber home and back again tomorrow? I’m not savvy negotiating with CX agents…thanks for your advice!

Hi all, my main CC is a delta Amex. Probably not the most efficient way to accumulate rewards. Most of my purchases are Ubers, bars, and dining. I want to start accumulating points for travel now that we are post covid. I am between the Amex gold, platinum, and Saphhire reserve. I am already in the Amex ecosystem so getting another seems tempting but I’ve heard that the chase is better for day to day. Suggestions?

OneWorld Ruby without any American or Alaska status?? I have Platinum on United, Gold on Delta, just a member on American, and joined Alaska’s today for a flight on Alaska this afternoon. When I went to check in I noticed I have OneWorld Ruby which is allowing me 2 free checked bags which I was not expecting. Any idea how I could have gotten OneWorld Ruby without American status? It’s dumbfounding me. My daughter on my reservation doesn’t have free checked bags, just myself.

Anyone have any luck filing an EU261 claim for a delayed flight and gotten compensation from the airline? I just got back from Paris via Delta and our flight was delayed for 3.5-4 hours due to technical/scheduling issue on Delta’s side.

Finally got my dream offer only to find out last minute they drug test and I’m a medicinal user of THC for my PTSD/chronic pain- told them I eat “Delta-8 gummies” to help me sleep so will test positive for THC. The manager laughed and said he uses the gummies too, and not to worry.

Live in DTW but am AA EP expiring tomorrow. My company has a delta fast track 16 one ways for platinum for 12 months. Now they say a round trip counts as two one ways, so would doing extra segments count as additional one ways? Trying to think it I can connect in ATL and earn faster
